We like to apply these tools on the group photos. This experiment will check the ability of the tools, whether they can edit every minute detail of the group photo or not.

Autoclipping 4

The tool Autoclipping.com failed to edit the group shot. It could not remove background perfectly from the curve areas. The edge of the image is rough and many of the spots, it could not secure the subject pixels. It could reach inside the holes and ruined the photo resolution also.

When we uploaded this group photo in Background Burner, we got the result that the above photo is showing. Look at the picture, you will discover that the tools cannot fix the edge, curve areas, holes, etc. There is background color still and in some places, the subjects of the photo got ruined.

Next, we experimented the photo in Clippingmagic.com. This tool gave pretty much better result than the previous two. There are problems with edge, curve areas, and holes, but yet they don’t offer any re-editing advantage.

Finally, we edited the group shot in photoshop manually and it generated our desired background removed photo. It is neat and clean. By this manual editing, we could perfectly remove the background without doing any harm with the edge, curve area, and resolution.

Conclusion: Regarding the group shot, manual photo editing in photoshop provides the best result, whereas the automated tools cannot do. Actually, for editing any group photo, it needs to re-edit frequently that the photoshop handmade editing method offers, but the automated tools cannot give such facility.

By the way, in future automated tools may expand their capabilities, but they cannot take the position of manually hand drawn photo editing. Automation can never be replaced human considering the quality and re-editing facility.
