CEI File Upload Information

CEI Web Upload
Client can transfer files to Color Experts by using the YouSendIt upload box. The file upload capacity with YouSendIt is a maximum of 2GB and a zip file or 5 files can be uploaded each time. An automatic alert will go simultaneously to the client as well as the CEI production after uploading is completed. THE CLIENT MUST NOT CLOSE THIS PAGE DURING UPLOADING.

If the following error appears, “File upload temporarily unavailable. Please try again later,” the page needs to be refreshed until the error is removed.

CEI FTP Upload

When a large number of files are to be uploaded, FTP server is the ultimate choice. When the client applies for FTP account information, CEI will e-mail the FTP User Name, Password and other related information. This information is personalized, highly confidential and will be shared by the client and the CEI staff only. Thereafter, the FileZilla is downloaded for Windows user, or FetchSoftworks when MAC is used, and then the FTP address, password, and username are entered that are provided in the email.
